How It Works

How It Works

  • Learners attend Mon – Thur, 9.30am – 3.30pm at:
  • The Good Wood Co, Holywell Town Football Club, Halkyn Road, CH8 7TZ
  • Local Placements, will be 30 hours weekly across Mon – Fri to be agreed with Employers.
  • Learners re-imbursed £60 a week attendance and travel costs supported
  • Learners gain a level 1 NVQ qualification in Outdoor learning
  • Opportunities to achieve Essentials Skills Qualifications in Application of Number / Communication Skills up to Level 2
  • Gain experience in ‘Traditional timber framing’
